Our pies start with a short crust pastry with only the best local ingredients from the butter and flour we use for our pastry to the delicious meats we select. Our vegetarian, and vegan pies compliment our menu and great pride next to our meat offering.

Individual Pies with Great Presentation and Shelf Life
Our pies are guaranteed to impress with their 95mm diameter and 45mm height, allowing for excellent presentation.
Each pie is 10.5oz (297gm) and perfect for a single serving. You can enjoy them for up to nine days from production and they are also suitable for freezing.

Chicken, ham and white wine braised in their own juices, thickened and seasoned with tarragon placed in crispy pastry case topped with sprinkling of tarragon
Cheese Potato & Spinach
Diced potato and onion, steamed and then enveloped in a cheddar cheese sauce with a touch of spinach placed in crispy pastry case topped with a cheddar cheese.
